BINH NGUYEN
Binh has +45 years of designing and executing profitable businesses in the both contract manufacturing and real estate development industries, the latter of which includes a thriving portfolio of single-family homes and multi-unit, mix-use commercial projects in the US and VN. He was the sole founder of Bentek Manufacturing, Inc. and performed as the President & CEO for 20 years excelling in Business Strategy & Operations, Marketing & Sales, and Finance. Binh holds BS degrees in E.E. and CSci from the University of Washington, a Law Degree from Saigon University, and an Executive M.B.A. from Stanford University. He sits on the board of several companies that include hardware technology, and international real estate development.
DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
BRIAN NGUYEN
Brian has +16 years of designing and managing supply chain systems and manufacturing for a number of industries including semiconductor capital equipment, consumer products, and project management in commercial, and residential single- & multi-family developments. He is a seasoned professional in operations, and project management. Brian holds BS in Physics & Economics, an MS in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Washington, and an MBA from Fordham University.
ARCHITECT
SON LE HAI
Son Hai Le has +15 years of architectural design and development experience that spans across single-family, multi-family, single-use, and mix-use commercial projects. He received his degree from Van Lang University, and began his career as an architect at KTS in Viet Nam, and joined Aera in 2015 where he continues to excel in managing the design processes for projects in VietNam and the US, in addition to multiple construction projects in Ho Chi Minh City.

DESIGNER
PHUONG VO
Phuong Vo has +14 years of design and 3D modeling experience on a global scale, having worked on major projects in Japan, VietNam, and the US. As a lead designer at MTV CBS VietNam, Phuong focused on interior design, conceptual 3D modeling, and new architectural method development. He completed his college education with degrees from Ho Chi Minh's University of Science and Technology, Ho Chi Minh's Architectural University, and the College of Construction.

SENIOR VP - MARKETING & SALES
ANGELLA NGUYEN
Angella Nguyen has +18 years experience in marketing & sales over a range of products and industries. She began her career in the retail industry running her own company as a creative consultant, and is now taking her proficiency in creative brainstorming, interpreting trends, and "concept to execution" delivery to the Real Estate development industry. Prior to Aera, Angella was Co-Founder of an m-health startup called WhiteCoat Healthcare, Inc., and also worked in Tesla Motors' Apparel and Lifestyle Products' team to create and manage synergy with the Marketing Team and Product Design Team. She holds BA degrees in Business Economics and Visual Art from Brown University, an MA in Fashion from Istituto Marangoni, and an MBA from the University of Southern California.
